Experience : 0 - 2yrs
Skills :
-Excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written & good presentation skills
-Good knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Hubs / Networks etc.
-Acting as Single Point of Contact for customers for either reporting trouble or providing updates on existing Trouble Tickets
-Able to fix WAN troubles either by remote diagnostics or by involving relevant technical/non-technical teams
