Job Description :
Job Description 1. Ensuring collection of Customer Application Form and other mandatory documents at the time of service delivery. 2. Approving the customer network diagram 3. Carrying out customer site inspections 4. Uploading customer documents on Document Management System 5. Installations and testing of CPEs at customer end 6. Service Delivery and 7. other support services The nature of basic skills & qualifications required as below: 1. Carry out IP based testing & analysis of the customer network diagrams. 2. IP addresses utilization on the network & assessing its justifications etc. 3. Approve the network diagrams. 4. Ensure that customer is not misusing the telecom resources. 5. Able to use software testing tools like, Whats up Gold, Ethreal Analyzer, Sniffer, Wireshark etc. 6. Therefore these persons must have strong engineering background & deep IP / networking knowledge. 7. Introduction to the Cyber Laws, Cyber Crimes, Digital Forensics, Hacking principles & log Analysis.
