1. Aptitude Test (Elimination Round)
2. HR Round (Elimination Round)
3. Technical Round (Elimination Round)
Interview Timings: Monday – Friday, 3PM to 6PM.
Joining: 1st November, 2012. Last Date of Interview - 26th October, 2012.
3rd December, 2012. Last Date Of Interview – 28th November, 2012.

Note:
1. This position is only for freshers and for those who want to make their career in financial markets.
2. This profile doesn't involve calling or selling of financial products to customers.
3. The candidate needs to prove himself / herself on the floor to get an opportunity to work as a regular trader.
4. The learning phase will include classroom training, mentoring, and understanding trade execution for a minimum period of 3 months. During this training period candidate will only be paid a stipend.
5. Food at work and transport (pick & drop) will be provided by the company. As the selected candidates would be on training during the US market hours, the work timings are 6PM -3AM Monday to Friday.
