Job Description :

Responsibilities:

Preparation and finalization of financial statements along with Schedules.
Knowledge in preparation and filing of various returns with Income tax department viz: TDS Returns, Income tax returns, Wealth tax returns and Form15 CB.
Planning and Co ordination of tax audits U/s 44 AB of the Income tax act, 1961.
Computation of income tax liability, Advance tax computation and remittances of the same to the Income tax department.
Computation of MAT U/s 115 JB of Income tax act 1961. Computation of DTA/DTL.
Taxability of international transactions like transfer pricing U/s 92 E of the Income
Tax act, 1961 and implications of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA) between India and various other countries.
Knowledgeable in Form 3CD, 3CB and 3CEB.
TDS compliances Deduction & remittances and timely filing of TDS returns.
Maintaining the TDS Receivable Register for company.
Computation and filing of wealth tax returns.
Attending the income tax scrutiny u/s 143(1) & (3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Drafting various reports for the Income tax department.
Should be able to extract and analyze the relevant case laws.
