Job Description :

Designation : Customer Support Representative 1

Qualification : Any Graduate - Any Specialization 

Location : Mumbai

Salary : As per the Industry

Experience : 0 - 2 Years

Skills : 
- Working with NOC related tools and monitoring applications.
- Communication with customers and/or internal groups to report or resolve system related or network issues.
- Tracking and documenting daily work tasks and issues and communicating them with the rest of the team.
- Paging on-call personnel as needed.
- Customer support, monitoring a network environment, including routing equipment, UNIX based operating systems and proprietary software.
