Qualification: Candidate must possess Degree with 1st class Master of Business Administration, Specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resource or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or Supply Chain Management from recognized University / Institutions for Post No.1, Degree with 1st class Master of Business Administration in Finance for Post No.2, B.Com or BA (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountants for Post No.3, Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects for Post No.4 and degree in Civil Engineering for Post No.5.
Age: Candidates maximum age limit should be 28 years for Post No.1, 2 & 4 and 30 years for Post No.3 & 5 as on 14-01-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
