Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Basic knowledge in Java, J2EE
- Basic knowledge in JDBC, Servlets, EJB, Struts and JSP
- Basic knowledge in XMLs and Design Patterns
- English: Fluent

Preferred
* Master's Degree in Engineering
* At least 2 years experience in Java, J2EE
* At least 2 years experience in JDBC, Servlets, EJB, Struts and JSP
* At least 2 years experience in XMLs and Design Patterns
