Designation : Associate/Senior Associate -(NonTechnical) 150 Opening's
Qualification :
* B.E., B Tech & Diploma (ONLY CS, Electronic, Electrical & Instrumentation)
* Undergraduates & Graduates in any stream
Experience : Freshers
Location : Asansol, Durgapur, Kolkata
Salary : INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A
Skills :
- Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
- Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone ( INBOUND, NO SALES )
- Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)
- Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)
- Ready to work in either Technical & Non-Technical VOICE process
