- Gather information through research and conduct analysis on a given project
- Derive insights and develop client recommendation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design solutions
- Network with business leaders and gain insights into current HR and business practices
- Work along with the various talent sub functions and work closely with the practitioners on projects ranging across
- Talent Acquisition/Development/Delivery.
- Deliver a project report and presentation at the closure of the project
