Qualification: MBA / PGDM / MMS (Human Resource)
Experience: Fresher
Skills:
Co-ordination and Execution of employee on Boarding including induction of employee.
Coordinate and ensure all employees are equipped with IT facilities/Email IDs/Seating/ID cards/Business Cards/Stationery/Cabinets etc.
Employees details to be uploaded in SAP.
Develop and execute a Training Plan/Calendar for new and existing employees.
