-Good communication skills
-Recent graduates in Computer Sc/Electronics/related engineering discipline from a reputed institution. Masters preferred.
Strong academics.
-Good grounding in programming(C/C++/Java, data structures)
-Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
-Understanding of threads , processes and inter process communication, computer networks
-PHP or other scripting language experience desired
-Basic Electrical, digital electronics and communications theory
