Experience : 1-3 years

Skills :
-Good communication skills
-Solid understanding of Cobol, IMS/DB2, JCL, PLI, File Aid, Spufi, ISPF and other utilities
-Solid Understanding of Mainframe technology
-MQ Series technologies (preferred)
-University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
-1-3 years of progressive information technology experience with full application development life cycle and systems integration experience
-Strong analytical and debugging skills
-Customer and results focused
-Strong analytical skills to understand current functionality of an application and perform tweaks to improve efficiency.
-Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
-Experience working in a technical team
-Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to express ideas, thoughts and information so that it can be understood by various audiences and meets the customers' needs
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Multi-tasker - good energy and attitude to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
