Designation : Desktop Engineer
Eligibility: Any degree/3 years Diploma
Experience : 0 to 2 yrs
Location : Bangalore
Salary : INR 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 P.A
Skills :
1.Able to Identify the Hardware or any other Problem and trouble shooting.
2. Install/ Support/ Maintain/ Trouble - shoot various IT Hardware ( Desktop, Laptop,Printers, Peripherals)
3. Knowledge of Operating system Win98/2000/Xp./Vista/Win Server 2003
4. Provide Support for Windows OS and standard Office Automation Software.
5. OS level Trouble Shooting and Admin.
6. Knowledge of Email Clients Outlook.
7. Update anti-virus tools periodically on client machines.
