Analyze product information - product log files and over WebEx
Identify the issue and propose a solution or workaround
Provide root cause analysis of the issue and steps to prevent from reoccurrence
Connect with team as required to resolve customer issues
Resources would be expected to work on weekends and shift on rotation
Designation : Software Developer
Qualification : BCA / B.Sc from 2012 Batch
Experience : Freshers
Location : Mumbai
Salary : As per the Industry
Skills :
Selected candidates must be willing to sign Service Agreement for two years as per the company policy.
Candidates should be willing to work in any shifts on rotation including night shift.
