Designation: Business Development/Corporate Sales/Customer Relationship Executives
Qualification: MBA / PGDM / MMS (Any Specialization)-2010(60%)
Salary: Rupees 1,25,000 - 6,25,000
Location: Hyderabad,Guntur, Kadapa, Kakinada, Kurnool, Nellore, Rajahmundry, Tirupati, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Warangal
Experience: Fresher
Skills:
• Pleasing personality with charm, energy and positive impression
• Sound communication skills, both written & oral
• Able to communicate with potential customers via telephone, emails, social networks, groups, referrals, networks etc. and develop leads pipeline
• Able to convert leads to business deals with good presentation of product features & benefits
• Able to acquire new business, always strives to exceed targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships and maintain/retain customer loyalty
• Strong presentation skills, able handle customer’s queries/leads, channelize through various departments etc.
• Able to speak in public forums, meetings, seminars addressing larger groups of customers/stakeholders etc.
• Strong seminars, lectures or college events speaking/anchoring experience
• Should have strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player
• Ability to understand customer requirements, objectives and help them with suitable solutions
• Able to handle all mutli-channel business developments via telephone, walk-ins, referrals, social networks etc.
• Ability to handle huge customer inflow due to promotional, cultural, business and organisational events, trade shows etc.
• Strong follow up and coordination skills
• Extensive experience in using computer, internet and software.
• Good experience in using MS office or similar office tools
• Good at building relationships and able to influence others
• Should be flexible to travel out stations to meet potential customers and generate business
