Job Description : 
1.)The candidate will be required to call the existing clients on daily basis (this would be to give them a welcome call , making sure they get the login details on time etc) .
2.)Giving Service calls to all the Existing customers updating them with latest updates. Guiding them with the product features & making them friendly with the site .
3.)Resolving New & Existing client's queries, giving them solutions / support functions .
4.)Creating friendly yet Professional relations with customers .

Designation : Executive Customer Support

Qualification : Any Graduate

Location :  Delhi/NCR

Salary :  As per the Industry

Experience : 1 - 4yrs

Requirements
1.)Person in this role should have exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English as
we are targeting premium Clients and have to deliver Quality .
2.)Should have a good know how of Microsoft office tools specially excel Good Soft skills to handle all types of clients over phone .
3.)Candidates from Customer Support / Client servicing / Bpo sector , experience in calling
customers are welcome
4.)Minimum Graduate with 1-4 yrs of experience.
