Job Description :
1) Site support on cost accounting activities
2) Perform month end lcosure
3) Drive cost accounting metrics improvement along with the site operations and the FBP ambassadors
4) Work hand in hand with site to improve the OP and ROIC
5) Be conversant with policies and address any queries from site
6) Assist cost accounting ambassadors in their follow up with the sites, and inturn also highlight issues pertaining to the sites to the ambassadors
7) Conduct regular reviews with site finance and operations to review the site performance, to drive improvement, suggest action plans and share best practices
8) Participate in the lean activities of the sites and drive process improvements.
Designation : Associate Financial Analyst
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree

Experience : 0-2 years
