very familiar with the M20/32 transmission
very good communication skills, not being shy to set up a conference call and/or joining the specific conference calls actively. Communicate his jobs tasks and doing his job with high quality output.
Good in written and oral communication
self starter
very good in PC software
very good listener
willing to train somebody
open minded
access to "APM" and "build programs"
