Job Description :
Candidate can appear for the interview at the below mentioned address after fixing up the appointment with HR - Kiran Verma

• Plan, execute and monitor all marketing activities which among others would include advertising, conducting CMEs, conference participation and other promotional activities.
• Prepare annual marketing budgets and deliver marketing activities within the set budget.
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
• Ensure productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
• Training of new and existing team and channel partners.
• Relationship building with key clients
• Clinical Trial coordination.
• Coordination with relevant certifying authorities and bodies.
• Provide program reports and update performance against objectives weekly.
• Work independently to find opportunities for improvement in current strategies and create a better brand image.
• Maintain website including posting new content, monitoring site.
• Assist in the execution of marketing activities including development of marketing collateral, coordination of ads, conferences and promotions.
• Coordinate new product development programs selected for implementation. Coordinate effectively with all internal and external business partners to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of objectives.
• Support the sales forces with marketing programs that are realistic, implementable, measurable and rewarding for the company and its people.

• Conduct focus group discussions with invited customers, sales agents and marketing people to explore ways to improve products and services.
