Job Description :
1. New business development
2. Brand Building Strategies
3. Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments
4. Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
5. Responsible for achieving sales target
6. Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same.
7. Developing relevant business proposals
8. Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects,
competitive activity, new customers etc.
9. Handling meeting with key clients
10. Provide necessary training to sales team as and when needed
11. Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team & by guiding them to move in proper
direction
12. To enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies
13. Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and
objectives.

Designation : Management trainee       

Qualification :  
MBA / PGDM / MMS (Any Specialization)-60%(2012)

Location :   Ahmedabad, Bengaluru / Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune

Salary :  Rupees 1,50,000 - 2,75,000
