Job Description :
Performance Profile of HR Trainee:
1. Assisting the HR executive with recruitment process: Sourcing the relevant resume from various sources like job portals, professional website and employee reference. Take into account the entire process from sourcing to joining formalities. Understanding the various job requirements from the respective head of departments and preparing performance profile based on Lou Adler’s concept. Posting the performance profile on various sites so as to attract talent pool.
2. Defining KRAs for existing and vacant position in the organisation: Setting KRAs for each and every department within the organisation in co-ordination with department heads. This should include the time frame of completing the task as well. Various factors should be taken into consideration like Key Performance Index (KPI), weight of KPIs, target days, actual days.
3. Implementation of Performance Management System (PMS): Upgrading the existing PMS as per the requirement. Defining maximum productivity and accordingly defining performance rewards. Conducting a monthly performance review of the sales team. Introducing non monetary incentive scheme to help organisation do cost cutting.
4. Work place management: Maintaining attendance book sheet, personnel files, service agreements and other documentation work. Preparing and maintaining the salary sheet of every month. Implementing various strategies for employee retention.
5. Maintaining and implementing statutory compliances: Taking care of all statutory acts in factory as per Maharashtra factories act. Proper documentation of all official documents (Factory license, MPCB consent). Maintaining various books like inspector visit book, muster roll, leave with wages book, accident book. Taking care of monthly ESIC challan. Enrolling new employee to ESIC. Liasioning with government official.
6. Building capabilities & organisational learning: Analyze the area of strength and determine what kind of training program will enrich the core strength of the employee.
