Job Description :
• Talk to the landlord to get a building repair fixed
• Coordinate travel plans for executives
• Send 25 handwritten thank you notes to customers, vendors, and partners
• Recommend restaurants and activities for out of town guests
• Answer a handful of calls and route them to the right people
• Research and recommend local caterers for a variety of events
• Work with finance group to organize and pay a few bills
• Help answer customer support questions
• Take notes during various discussions
• Proof read web sites and recommended design changes
• Welcome various people to the office
• Order lunch for the team
• Show initiative by identifying areas that can improve the office environment
