Designation : Executive Service Engineer
Qualification : BE/ B.Tech/ Any Graduate from 2011 batch
Experience : Fresher
Location : Bangalore
Skills :
- Gather information regarding the issue from users.
- Call Logging using ticketing tool.
- Answer calls, document and categorize tickets, restore end user operation, escalate to Service desk Shift Manager or dispatch problems
- Provide 1st level of Technical Support.
- Troubleshoot the issues and prepare the document.
- Assign the ticket to Engineers.
- Prioritizing and call Categorization
- Vendor Coordination
- Proactive monitoring of the ticket
- Call Closure confirmation
- Preparing documentation and reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
