Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment in Clerical Cadre in State Bank of India. Candidates can apply for vacancies in one state only. They can additionally apply for the post of Stenographer (English/Hindi), if they have the knowledge of Stenography.

• Assistants : 8500 Posts (Including of 3100 backlog vacancies already advertised )

• Stenographers (English / Hindi) : 1900 Posts

Probation period : The newly appointed assistants/stenographers will be on probation for a Minimum period of 6 months.
