Job Description

Designation : Analyst Risk Operations

Qualification : Any Gradute

Experience : Fresher

Location : Hyderabad

Skills : SQL, Excel

Responsibilities :

Investigate issues related to fraud, policy, and quality as it pertains to FB ads assets
Monitor and review ads to ensure compliance with Facebook’s Advertising Guidelines
Grow revenue through reactive/proactive initiatives and fraud prevention
Contribute to machine learning and rules based models through analytical approaches
Create collateral to educate and inform advertisers and internal teams
Gather advertiser and sales team feedback to enhance current and future ad products
Identify trends to increase advertiser satisfaction and user experience with the support process
Develop solutions to optimize team workflows and improve team efficiency
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, engineering and other ops teams within Facebook
Ability to think in a data driven way and cultivate a data driven team
Continuous improvement (change agent) focus
