• Responsible for hiring Mandates for LOB (Line of Business)
• Identify and deploy best sourcing methodologies for open Mandates
• Plan and executive hiring events in collaboration with business manager
• Provide consultation to hiring managers on competition and Hiring Trends
• soliciting timely feedback and follow-up documentation for offer rollout and BG Verification
• Collaborate with Internal HR teams for Compensation approvals, offer generation and rollout
• Post offer follow up for onboarding and relocation for outstation candidates
Desired Profile
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Post-Graduation in Management
• Should have managed large volumes in IT Infrastructure and ITes hiring
• Comes with good communication and conversant with MS Office tools
• Good collaborator with attention to detail and urge to keep up with new technology trends /Competition
