IIT Rajasthan, one of the new 8 IITs being set up, invites applications from Masters and Bachelors students to carry out the research project under Undergraduate Research and Innovation (UGRI) Program to nourish research and innovation among the students. The last date for application is 30th March 2012 – hurry!
About Internship : It’s an academic research internship under which students undertake focused research projects at IIT Rajasthan. The list of projects available as part of this program is available along with the application form.
Elgibility : Students must have completed 5 semesters of B.E/B.Tech/Dual Degree program or 1st year of M.Sc/M.A. Student must have scored 70% (or 7.5 CPI) if in Engineering stream, and 65% (or 7 CPI) if in Science stream. In addition, an applicant must have scored >60% through out his/her academic career
Location : IIT Rajasthan, Jodhpur, India
Duration : 10 Weeks (May 8th – July 20th, 2012)
Stipend : INR 8,000/- per month + Rs. 2,000 for poster and interim reports preparation
