US CHAT SUPPORT :
-To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer s queries through chat and E-mail.
-To achieve the productivity target
-Ability to handle multiple chats effectively with a good typing speed.
-Assist online customers to navigate through various activities such as purchase processes, making online payments etc.
-Provide customer service with the human interface, identify and understand customer needs
-Ensure in time feedback to the customers with the help of effective assessment
-Ability to provide effective and achieve 100% customer satisfaction
Walk in Interviews:
Time : 12:00PM - 5:30 PM.
