2. Should be good in accounting system.
3. Should be good in PF & ESI works.
4. Should know the statutory requirements.
5. Should have knowledge in Income tax & Service tax matters
6. Having knowledge in Quick Books is as added advantage
7. Having knowledge in Pay Roll
8. Good communication skills (Written and Oral) as mandatory.
