About Business Presentation Design Services :

Our Business Presentation Design Specialists help McKinsey teams translate the findings made during the consulting process into compelling visuals and charts.

Whether helping Dubai consultants prepare a presentation for a CEO meeting, a European team transform hand-drawn ideas into a professional PowerPoint page, or an American team prepare Excel data for visualization, the work of our visual communicators influences the world’s movers and shakers.

List of available opportunities

Business Presentation Specialist (BPS)

The BPS creates PowerPoint charts from handwritten or electronic manuscripts sent by McKinsey consultants and assigned by a Process Leader for completion within an agreed upon time frame. Business Presentation Specialists' work involves the creation of new pages, editing and formatting existing documents as well as converting presentations from one template to another.

Service Desk Specialist (SDS)

The SDS acts as the primary interface for McKinsey consultants. You will use your excellent communication skills via phone, e-mail and chat. Service Desk Specialists work in a variety of areas, from reserving time and capacity for presentation production requests, negotiating deadlines to handling escalations and connecting customers to the appropriate support teams within our organization.

Proof Reader (PR)

The PR proofreads PowerPoint/Word/Excel documents produced by Business Presentation Specialists against handwritten or electronic manuscripts sent by McKinsey consultants within the set deadline. A PR’s work involves checking documents for accuracy of text and data against handwritten drafts, correcting typographical and grammatical errors, ensuring consistency and plausibility of individual charts and whole documents, and fixing graphical errors and inconsistencies.

For all the above roles, the desired candidate profile is as follows:

Prior work experience of 6 to 24 months in non-voice/voice based BPO roles such as:

- Market Researchers/Search Engine Optimizers
- Quality Analysts/Quality Controllers
- Transcriptionists (Medical/Legal/Business)
- Process Executives (Data)
- Document Specialists (e-Publishing)
- Executive/Team Assistants and Secretaries


Ability to communicate fluently in an all-English business environment. Excellent command of the written English language, including a firm grasp of spelling and grammar
Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines
Basic computer literacy, i.e., be familiar with navigating through graphical interfaces; skilled in handling mouse and keyboard; experience with the MS-Office suite or equivalent products, experience with sending/receiving emails, searching the Internet and visiting websites
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in any discipline (preferred)
Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite, Windows OS, PC accessories, Email, Internet/Web search or equivalent products
Typing skills (min. 30 WPM; 95% accuracy)
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekend and on public holidays
Likes working in a well-structured, corporate business environment with international orientation
Any certification/experience towards designing or/graphic-related courses/ employment would be an added advantage
