Designation : Technical Support Voice Process
Qualification : Any Graduate - B.Com,BBA,B.Sc,BCA,B.E
Experience : 0-6 Months
Location : Chennai
Salary : As per the Industry
Skills :
* Handling inbound calls
* Troubleshooting hardware/software issues of the customers
* Supporting US/Canadian customers
Desired Skills :
* Good communication skills
* Basic Computer knowledge
* Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
* Candidates who are willing to relocate can also apply
