- demonstrated proficiency for supporting server applications
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- able to multi-task, energized by support requests and other interruptions
- experience with Atlassian products, especially JIRA, Confluence and Greenhopper
- experience with multiple development methodologies such as SCRUM and Waterfall
- proficient with database support, especially postgreSQL
- familiarity with Java
- able to program in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Ruby or bash
