Qualification : B.E,B.Tech,ME,M.Tech

Experience : 1-2 years

Skills :
You will use your experience in support engineering and focus on first line support for standard and low complexity incidents.
We will need you to assist with ensuring that the assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested and operational.
You will need to assist in analysing, assigning and escalating the support calls received at the service desk.
