Job Description :

Designation : Assistant Professor

Qualification : Master’s/ doctoral degree in the disciplines of Lifelong Learning, Counseling, Psychology, Human Development , Gerontology, Youth Development, Social Work.  Candidates having a Diploma or further certification in Training and Development will be given preference. All factors being equal, preference will be given to those with experience in the thematic areas of the Centre.The applicants are expected to have a sound academic background, experience in organizing and conducting training as well as in documentation and report writing.  They will be expected to teach courses to a range of adult learners, design curriculum in  innovative programmes including distance and open learning and take up independent research projects.  The posts carry the necessity for good team working skills and outreach work.
