Qualification : Graduate , Polytechnic Diploma
Job Location: Delhi/NCR
Experience : 0-3 yrs
Salary : As Per Industry
Skills :
- Good communication skills
- Only Graduate and Polytechnic Diploma Holders can Apply.
- Knowledge of Operating System Windows 2000/XP.
- Sound understanding of AD Group Policies.
- Knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware.
- Troubleshooting skills of desktop/laptop related problems ( OS/ Hardware/ Software)
- Knowledge of Outlook Mail Client and related troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Printer's (2400 & MFP4345).
- Understanding of OS Patches/ Upgrades/ Services Packs.
- Knowledge of Local System policies.
