Designation : Services Engineer
Qualification : B.E,B.Tech Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science
Location : Gurgaon
Experience : Freshers
Salary : As per the Industry
Required Technical Skills –
* Should have good knowledge & understanding of GSM / WCDMA.
* Good Knowledge & Understanding of SUN Solaris/ Linux / UNIX (Certification preferred)
* Good Knowledge of Storage Technolgy.
* Should have good knowledge & understanding of Support Processes
* Good Knowledge & Skills on System Administration of BSS.
* Preferably hands-on experience of Integration & Commissioning of BSS.
* Candidate having Ericsson nodes (AIR, MINSAT, VS, EMM, EMA, CRS and CS-NMT) experience will be preferred.
Mandatory Human Skills –
- Should be customer oriented with high quality approach.
- Should work well under time constraints and be able to stand stress.
- Should have good oral & written communication skills with fluent command over English.
- Should actively contribute to improvements and changes.
- Highly analytical, attention to details with good negotiation skills
- Actively contributes to the overall team performance with ability to take joint responsibility with the team for the team's results.
- Open minded, positive, flexible and willing to work effectively either independently or in team as required.
- Availability for on-call work schedule, night work, shifts work
- Willing to be flexible in terms of accepting tasks, e.g. at any phase of a project, at short notice, etc.
- Quickly learns and applies new skills and techniques.
- Availability for participation in abroad projects
