• Demonstrate ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and communicate results
• Complex problem-solving abilities across operational, organizational, and strategic matters
• Identify the leading industry practices and implements in the engagements
• Suggest practical solutions and partner with the client to implement the solutions
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
• Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
• Attention to detail for creating clear, accurate and professional project documents, reports and spreadsheets
• Ability to chart one’s own career and build networks within the organization
