-Good communication skills
-Sourcing through job portals, social networking sites and head hunting
-Converting passive candidates into active applicants for Convergys jobs
-Schedule interviews and maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant.
-Interview prospective employees using a profile interviewing process.
-Provide input to hiring manager regarding hiring decisions.
-Generate new employee packets to keep up with demand.
-Accurate compilation of paperwork once applicant is offered job.
