Designation : Associate/Senior Associate -(Technical)

Eligibility : B.E,B.Tech,B.Sc,B.Com,BA,BBA,BCA

Experience : 0 - 2 Years

Location :   Kolkata

Salary : 1.50-2.00 LPA

Note : 
M.Tech, MBA & MCA (or equivalent) NOT eligible.
Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST.
Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
Should be willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)
Should be ready to work in either Technical & Non-Technical VOICE process.
Should possess sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
Should have the ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone.

    Valid photo ID proof (In Original-Driving License/Passport/Voters ID Card).
