Salary : 2,00,000-2,50,000 PA
Experience : Freshers
Skills :
Sound knowledge of all level 1 process & support documentation
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills
Ability to analyse an issue, understand the problem, troubleshoot it and ensure that all of the issues are understood and responded to. In addition the generalist should be able to provide the user with other data that may be useful where appropriate.
String troubleshooting skills
Basic technical knowledge of internet and related systems
