Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/Diploma

- Must be able to work & communicate with internal teams, clients & remote site resources by following best practices.
- Creative at problem solving, and a disciplined, detailed and diligent approach to IT project management
- Passionate about delivering results; determined to be the best in your field
- Embrace and / or adopt industry best-practices in IT operations and support processes (e.g. ITIL)
- Must understand concepts of NetApp SnapShots, backup & recovery.
- Must be able to work with NetBackup environment.
