Maintaining confidentiality of information pertaining to facts and figures of Claims function
Laisoning with other life insurance companies for mutual sharing of case specific information in consultation with Manager-Claims & subject to prior consent.
Inputs and innovative measures based on day to day work experience for system developments and streamlining processes for department.
Ability to work under pressure and work long hours
Should have Good Communication skills.
