Skills :
Will log & co ordinate with brands for all srevices complaints through emails and calls
Will log and co ordinate with brands for Demo and Installantions through emails and calls
Will coordinate with DC/Stores on delivery delay or any other delivery related issues
Will co ordinate with care centers for repair and demo installation calls of own label (Brand)
Will co ordinate with Stores CSD Pan india for all walk in customers service related issues
Will close loop with customers for all issues logged in
Will escalated Voice of customer to HOD on daily basis
Escalate cases as per the matrix to brands and also within Service Team
