Designation : Management Trainee_Testing Service Lines
Qualification : Any Graduate/MBA/PGDM
Location : Bangalore/Chennai
Salary : 3,50,000-3,75,000 PA
Experience : Freshers
Skills :
Creating use cases and converting them into subsequent business flow scenarios
Prepare Business Scenarios and Business functional Test Cases for E2E business application Testing
Functional validation of applications and pass the feedback/suggestions to other business and development teams.
Involvement in requirement traceability matrix for the cycle and releases.
Ensure maximum functional compliance to the business requirements and 0 % defect leakage
Part of the team for maintaining key functional Test metrics that can be used for tracking
Metrics management and share them with different stakeholders
Prepare Root Cause Analysis for defects(types, reason etc)
Impart business Application and Domain training to project teams
Develop functional specifications and new customer report templates for technical analysis
Work with sales teams with respect to domain.
