Designation : Data NOC Engineer
Qualification : B.E/B.Tech
Location : Chennai
Salary : As per the Industry
Experience : 1-3 Years
Skills :
Hands on experience in troubleshooting, IP issues
Knowledge of IP protocols (BGP,OSPF,ISIS,STATIC Routine)
HSRP & IPSEC
Knowledge of IPV4 & MPLS
Exposure on DSL/ATM
Knowledge of Dslams/ ATM switches
Troubleshooting of Routing & Switching issues of IP Network
Troubleshooting of IP related issues other than above mentioned issues
Coordination with Customers (Internal + External Customers)
Coordination with NOC of Tier 1 & 2 of other carrier providers
Preparing RFO/RCA related to IP
