Should be bi-lingual . A good translator as this role would be to translate English into French and process French tasks.
French associate having good translation experience from English to French and process French tasks
Typing speed of 30-35 WPM
Strong attention to detail excellent interpersonal & client relationship skills; candidate must feel confident in dealing with Clients and management at all levels of seniority by phone and email
Must be flexible and able to work in shifts.
Must be willing to sign service agreement as per iGATE policy.
Good Experience in MS office applications (PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
