Job Description :
1) Co-ordinating the technical assessments of employees, Planning the sessions optimally and arranging for online or offline tests for evaluation.
2) Invigilating the assessment sessions to ensure a fair and ethical participation by employees. Reporting any malpractice to Capability Manager.
3) Collecting evaluation/assessment data and documenting them neatly for future reference. Providing these data from time to time to manager.
4) Interfacing with the Assessment vendors for getting online tests.
5) Creating service entries for payment to vendors.

Experience : 0 to 4 Yrs

Skills :
1) Good English Communicatoin - Mandatory.
2) Independency at work with least supervision.
