Designation : HR Trainee
Qualification : Any Graudate
Location : Bangalore
Salary : As per the Industry
Experience : 0 - 1 Year
Responsibilites :
Source relevant profiles for open positions.
Create and maintain channels for sourcing.
Build and maintain database of relevant profiles.
Conduct and Coordinate the interviews.
Create & update Job Description (Job posting).
Maintaining Recruitment Data.
Work with the Hiring Clients in understanding the Resource/Requirements Needs.
Identify and Screen prospective candidates based on the job requirements.
Evaluate the candidates based on the readiness and fit into the organization.
Prepare offer letter, appointment letter, completing joining formalities, and employment terms & conditions.
Work with the dual shore decision makers in bringing the requirement to a logical closure.
Desired Profile:
Should have very good communication/written skills.
Should be self driven , motivated and dedicated Should he looking forward to grow with the organization.
Should have good working knowledge of computers.
