Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : 0-2 Years

Skills : 
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Monitor end to end life cycle of ticketing and tracking Software/Hardware Dispatch .
- Ready work in shifts.
- Follow-up with internal teams.
