Building network of potential candidates.
Co-ordinating with Candidates and Internal Stakeholders.
Scheduling Interviews.
Follow ups (Pre/Post Joining)
Good communication skills.
Ability to conduct mass presentations and events.
Willingness to perform and work in all conditions.
Self motivated /Target-oriented.
Quick decision maker.
Excellent interview skills.
